How we work

We know that most people dread corporate trainings

That's because the industry default is a slide deck with a facilitator attached. MBA's approach to leadership development is entirely different.

What Makes MBA Different

Change only happens when leaders themselves change

Our training solutions are designed to produce durable results. We ask the organizations we partner with to make an investment in their people, and we ask those people to invest their own time and attention in themselves. Because we fundamentally believe that change only happens in organizations when the leaders themselves change. And as they say… if nothing changes, nothing changes.

So what does this look like? All our trainings are built around practical application of skills in the context that the leaders face daily. We start with inviting the leaders to observe their own behavior; how they listen or tune out, how their assumptions impact outcomes, how they can consciously, intentionally choose an approach based on the circumstances and desired impact.

Why it works

Five reasons our programs work

01

Experiential methodology

Rooted in adult learning principles. Learners learn by doing, not by slide deck theory.

02

Relational practice at its core

Leadership is practiced in real conversations with real people, not in simulations.

03

Mapped to business outcomes

Engagement, retention and results — not just satisfaction scores.

04

Built-in accountability

Structured follow-through between every module so development doesn't stop when the session ends.

05

Modular and longitudinal

Programs grow with the leader over time — not a one-off event.
